Beacon Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to serve as its next Medication Dispensary Coordinator.
The Medication Dispensary Coordinator will help manage the clinic’s daily medication dispensary operations, including processing prescription medications, maintaining accurate inventory and records, generating required reports, and ensuring compliance with clinic, state, and program regulations. The position plays an important role in supporting providers and nursing staff while helping facilitate medication access for Beacon Clinic patients.
This is a part-time position working 14 hours per week — five hours on Tuesdays and nine hours on Thursdays. The position reports to the Clinical Director and includes paid holidays that fall on clinic days.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical office, or inventory management, strong attention to detail, computer and data-entry skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures and regulatory requirements. Pharmacy Technician certification or related healthcare certification and experience with pharmacy management software, including QS/1, are preferred.
Compensation: Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
