Beacon Clinic is seeking a mission-driven leader to serve as its next Executive Director.
The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the clinic while helping advance its mission of providing high-quality, culturally competent, free, faith-based primary healthcare to underserved and uninsured adults in the Greater Harrisburg Area.
This salaried, hybrid position offers an opportunity to lead a growing organization and work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors, healthcare partners, community organizations, and faith-based partners. Key areas of responsibility include organizational leadership, fundraising and financial oversight, clinic operations, team leadership, community engagement, and communications.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, at least three years of progressively responsible leadership experience, and strong strategic, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, community-based, volunteer-supported, or faith-based environments is preferred.
Compensation: $75,000 per year, negotiable, plus four weeks of PTO, cell phone and mileage reimbursement.
